Updated Portfolio Layout

After the consultation session with Mr. Aaron & Ms. Lisa, I've updated the layout of my portfolio.
They pointed out things that needed improvement or change.

Such as the font size and placing, the color scheme and the front cover.
As you can see below, the mustard yellow's been taken out completely.
Ms. Lisa suggested using monochrome based on the teal palette as the bright yellow and blue take too much attention from the contents of the portfolio.

So here's the updated version. I like it alot.

Still choosing between these two. Hmm.

Portfolio Layouts & Samples

Mr. Aaron & Ms. Lisa,

So the theme I'd used in coming up with the over-all look for my portfolio is a cross between a picture book style and a magazine style layout.

I wanted a minimalistic, clean and fresh look.
No clutter.
Pleasing to the eyes and a well organized structure.

This look, in my opinion best describes my personal style and taste.

I want the portfolio to heavily emphasize the use of typography and major use of large, clear visuals.

The color schemes used are the same colors Ive been using in the previous semester when we were tasked to create a brand for ourselves. Im personally drawn to color blocking over patterns, hence the use of solid colors and I also like using basic, geometric shapes, hence the use of squares, rectangles and simple lines, seen throughout the portfolio.

Please give any feedback! And tell me where to improve?

Thanks!
